Charles Atkinson was the son of William and Edith (nee Cook) Atkinson

Edith Cook was the Daughter of Cook's Coal Merchant, Beck Hill, Barton - upon - Humber, Lincolnshire

 

Ada Hoodless was the daughter of Thomas and Ada (nee Small) Hoodless of Barton - upon - Humber, Lincolnshire

Charles and Ada never had any children.

Charles Atkinson died on the 25th March 2004 at Eagle House Nursing Home, Barton on Humber, Linconshire.

His Funeral was on the 2nd April 2004 at The Methodist Chapel, Holydyke, Barton on Humber, Linconshire.

Charlie's ashes where scattered in the River Humber (South of Reads Island) on the 18th June 2004 at his request
